Finnish Calm – Yoga

These yoga classes are inspired by the Finnish nature. Yoga teacher Miina Ojanperä grew up in Northern Finland, and she invites you to experience and enjoy Finnish stillness. A practice that helps you to slow down, reconnect, and arrive fully – just as you are. Suitable for all levels, beginner-friendly. Sauna completes the experience. Continue your day with a calm and clear mind, body relaxed!

Reset Sessions – Pilates

Reset Sessions by Susanna Nissinen are where your whole body experiences reset. Mindful Pilates sessions designed to support the nervous system and whole-body reset. Calming movement, gentle flow and restorative stretching in a serene, aesthetic setting. From energizing sets to more restorative stretching. No pushing through. Just presence.

Wellness Class – Workout

Energize yourself in a guided after-work class with Hanna. The class is held in Usva gym facilities and can either be a body-care session or a heart-pumping circuit-style workout. Enjoy gentle sauna sessions after your workout. After the shared Wellness class, you will feel refreshed and relaxed, ready to face everyday challenges with more energy.

Whisking Ceremony

Experience the authentic Finnish sauna ritual with your friends, colleagues, or team in our whisking ceremony. Guided by a trained Spa Therapist, this 30-minute experience introduces the traditional Finnish practice of whisking (vihtominen), helping you relax, refresh, and rejuvenate.

Team Pampering Day

Usva offers a unique opportunity for groups to pause, care for their body and mind, and strengthen their connection within the team. After the day, you will feel refreshed and calm – ready to face everyday life in a new way.

Team Pampering Day includes free use of the sauna area and gym, as well as a personal “Reboot like a Finn” treatment (30 min).

Unna Nordic – Forest-Inspired Facial Experience for Groups

This pampering DIY facial experience, guided by our trained spa therapist, combines skincare education with hands-on facial guidance in an inspiring and relaxing setting. During this forest-inspired session, each participant performs a facial treatment on themselves with professional step-by-step instruction. At the same time, you’ll receive expert tips and learn the correct techniques to care for your skin effectively at home.

This guided facial experience is perfect for occasions such as bachelorette parties or baby showers, when you want to enjoy a relaxing and memorable moment together.

The treatment is performed according to the Unna Nordic ritual, helping you bring the power of the forest into your daily routine and feel it on your skin long after the event.

Forage Like a Finn – Foraging Experience

Give your group a unique experience and explore the natural treasures of Finland! Guided by TERHEN’s wild herb expert, you will discover the world of foraging and learn about the health benefits of Finnish herbs. During the foraging trip, you will forage the best seasonal herbs yourself and receive tips on how to use them.

The foraging experience can be combined with a relaxing sauna ritual at USVA Spa or in the scenic Helsinki archipelago.

Bathe Like a Finn®– Island Sauna Experience

Give your group a unique sauna experience on a peaceful island just off Helsinki, surrounded by natural waters! Guided by a TERHEN Sauna Host, you’ll explore the traditions and wellness benefits of Finnish sauna culture in a tranquil outdoor setting.

The experience includes a traditional Finnish sauna, a relaxing atmosphere, and light refreshments. Each participant receives a Sauna Tote bag with everything needed for the session. Between sauna sessions, enjoy a refreshing swim in the surrounding waters—or in winter, an invigorating plunge into the ice-cold sea. After the sauna, indulge in a delicious meal at the hotel’s restaurant to complete your ultimate relaxation experience.
